Do you need to return an item?

Please read our return policy and instructions carefully before returning your items. As long as the items are unused and in their original packaging, Total Resa customers may return items within 30 days of receipt, provided that they are in all original packaging; accessories and parts included. For stocked smallware, there is no charge. Unless otherwise specified, freight and/or delivery fees for stocked equipment are not refundable. Additional charges may apply to returns requiring Total Resa Fleet Pick-Up. For special ordered items*, please contact Total Resa – as manufacturer return terms may vary. Total Resa will issue a credit for the returned items less restocking fee for smallware (inclusive of packaging, handling and freight), or restocking fee for equipment plus freight charges as indicated by the Original Freight Charge**. Refunds will be provided via the original method of payment for returns made within 30 days of purchase. Payments made by check will be refunded by check after our bank confirms the payment. Special order items will be noted in the product description or detail as “Special Order” – Please inquire about special order items since manufacturers may have different return policies. ** In the event that Total Resa made an error in processing your order, an exception may apply. In some cases, Total Resa may deduct shipping costs from your refund.

Fees:

All balances on special order items, and opening orders, must be paid in full prior to delivery or within 30 days, whichever occurs first. Storage fees are 6% of order cost per month after the first 60 days.

Delivery & Installation:

Installation and delivery are not included unless otherwise specified. The basic charge does not include lifting over counters and railings, nor do the charges include the removal of appliances being replaced. If you do not request our delivery service, we will not be responsible for any damage to your equipment once it leaves our premises. During this process, we will be happy to help you load any equipment into your vehicle free of charge, but we will not be responsible for any damage to you, your possessions, or your vehicle. Please ensure that all items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility or upon arrival at your facility.

Additional Restocking Fees:

In some situations, additional shipping and handling charges may be incurred during the return process. It is important to note that items shipped with “Free Shipping” will be free only if they are shipped directly from Total Resa to you. In the event of a return, free shipping is not applicable. A deduction will be made from your refund in order to cover these fees.
